    KIA – Panzer Grenadier – Schühle  A clean Wehrpass and interesting Wehrpass model! Note how long he was on the front for, not for long then he was KIA.  Born in 1925 in Stockenhausen Germany.  He served in the RAD (5/276) and was then mustered to a front unit in late 1943.  He served with – PanzerJäger Aus Bat II under the 153 Feldausbildung Div , this unit comprised of men from the RAD drafted into a frontline Unit. The Volksbund have no information on him and he is likely still buried in the Feld Grave and lost.

    KIA – Wehrpass – 542 Volks Gren Div – KIA near Lublin Poland!  Karl Jörgensen  Born in 1912, he was from lägerdorf, in Schleswig. German Nationality, his occupation was a hair Dresser. Education – Volksschule. He served in various units all across the map, firstly in Poland in 1940, then later in 1940 he would go to France, in 1941 he would move over Lithuania directly towards Smolensk in Russia (9th Army 206 ID) then he would return to the Russian Front! He is buried in Poland in Bartossen / Bartosze (Polen). He was trained on the K98 Rifle, MG 34 and MG42.  Included are a small map of the Russian front and a picture of him during his time hospital.  Interesting Late war KIA, and an interesting Battle list and entries.

    Interesting Wehrpass, not in the best condition but never the less the entries are astounding!  He from Hamburg, Served in 1943 with a Tank Hunting unit and in a Stug unit!  He was trained on the K98, MG34 and MG42 and the Stuka 40 – The famous Wurframen attached to Halftracks etc…  He was Promoted to Private on the 3.1945!  The last unit and the most interesting Unit was –  Festungs (Pantherturm) KP 1202  They fought the US Army in heavy fighting along the Ruhr Positions as part of Hitlers Fortress!  They were armed with the Turret of a Panther Tank in a defensive position! (see Pictures)  He was captured likely by the US Army that then handed him over to the French, his Capture Paper is included.

    Soldbuch and Wehrpass! RSO Driver!! Drivers Licence, Soldbuch Wallet! Inf Assault Badge & Close Combat Days! 1st Skijäger Div! 12cm Mortar!  A very interesting grouping to a Wehrmacht Driver,  He was a RSO Driver towing a 120mm Mortar 42. (12cm Mortar).  See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kue34wFn5iI His unit was schwere Granatwerfer Bat. (mot) 18, and fought under the 1st Skijäger Division!  See:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1st_Ski_Division_(Wehrmacht) He fought on the Orel Salient in July 1943!  They fought heavily in Southern Poland in 1944, it was likely he was ambushed where he went into combat very close to the Enemy in Alexandrow.  He would fight three days consecutively in Close Combat with the Enemy. He survived this close encounter and was awarded the Infantry Assault Badge and was accredited with Three Days Close Combat in his Soldbuch. Pre War! 1937 Very nice badge, was a bring back as it was found in a German house clearance!  Very interesting badge for the Russian Militia Groups, they served before the war and during the war.  An interesting piece of insignia to a Russian Unit that gained some notoriety.

    This is an interesting and extremely rare Russian Soldiers ID book!  his name was – Vladislav Valans, was a member of the 140 Reserve Rifles.  He was a Latvian National, drafted into the Russian Army in 1944.  He was awarded the famous Guards Badge in 1944! (P.6) On Page 11 – we can see he was issued with full combat equipment! Helmet and Spade etc. He was also issued with a Rifle!  Very interesting little Book worthy of further research, they normally never have a picture if you can locate them! They are small and very detailed, and not many come up for sale.

    Nice grouping to a Driver, who was injured when driving for  Kol. Kr. Transport Reg 350  He served in various Transport Units during his service.  He was issued many pieces of equipment. and was in control of his own Pistol a 7.65mm Pistol.  He was ambushed likely in 1942 in Russia, he was shot in the lung and spent 3 months in hospital. (Soldbuch code 31a – Infantry Bullet).  He suffered from breathing problems likely due to his injury during – a further 4 moths he was out of service due to breathing problems.  He was given twice a Führer Packet!  Medals –  1943 – KVK 2nd Class with Swords.  1942 – Black wounds Badge 1942 – Eastern Front Medal.  Note – He was sent home a few time on leave for Farming purposes!  There was a note in the back cover, whilst he was a POW someone stole his Wallet and small personal belongings, he reported it to French Police but he likely would never get his items back.
