On the rear of this image there is text: 9 – 1943, B. Salerno An incredible large photo of German manufacture (printed on Agfa Brovira). Was in a collection in the USA. This photo likely could be published, it is sharp and knowing where it was pin points it to Operation Avalanche – Battle of Salerno, September 1943.

A very rare original Wehrmacht Fernsprechtornister/Kabeltrommel Traggestell. Its German made in 1939 in Solingen, various WaA stamps can be found on both the leather and the metal. It was likely repainted for use in the conflict in Yugoslavia post WW2. Although the leather is also original so could be restored to its former glory. These do not come up ver often and gives specialised uniform/equipment collectors the opportunity to buy something unique. Price is including Free tracked International Shipping from out US Storage.
