Description
Small set to the wife of the fallen soldier, the original letter to his wife from the company commander states, he was killed with a direct hit.
The newspaper cutting states he was a company leader, and holder of the Iron Cross Second Class. He fought in Poland and France, before being killed in July 1943 in Orel.
